Information We Collect

Account details you provide: name, mobile number, email address and delivery addresses.
Order information: items purchased, order history, delivery notes and payment status.
Location: with your permission, we use your device location to show serviceable areas, set your delivery address and enable delivery partners to reach you.
Camera / photos: with your permission (delivery partners), to scan order codes and capture delivery-proof images.
Device & usage data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address and basic usage analytics to keep the Services secure and reliable.
Notifications: your push token, so we can send order and delivery updates.

How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and process, deliver and support your orders.
To send order confirmations, delivery updates and service messages.
To provide customer support and handle returns, refunds and cancellations.
To improve, personalise and secure the Services and prevent fraud.
To comply with legal and tax obligations (for example, invoicing).

Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers; that information is handled directly by the payment provider under their own security standards.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to run the Services:

With delivery partners, to fulfil and deliver your orders (name, phone, address).
With payment gateways, to process transactions.
With service providers (hosting, notifications, analytics) who act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights & Choices

Access or correct your account information from within the app.
Manage app permissions (location, camera, notifications) from your device settings at any time.
Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing business@originatesoft.com with the subject "Account Deletion". We will verify and process the request within 30 days, subject to records we must retain by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
