Orders, Pricing & Availability

Prices, offers, availability and delivery times may vary by location and can change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order and refund any amount paid.
Product images are for reference; actual items (especially fresh produce) may vary slightly in size, weight or appearance.

Delivery

We deliver within our serviceable pincodes during available time slots. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments

You agree to pay the total shown at checkout. Online payments are handled by third-party gateways; Cash on Delivery may be available in select areas.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
